A cell-free topical cream

Conditioned media,without the cells.

A topical cream built on a cell-free bioactive conditioned media complex. Shipping today, direct to you and through aesthetic practices.

What is in it

One base, made in a lab. Without the cells.

  1. 1

    Cultured

Mesenchymal stem cells are grown in a nutrient medium, in a controlled laboratory.

  2. 2

    Released

As they grow, the cells release proteins, peptides, lipids and other factors into that medium. Together they are called the secretome.

  3. 3

    Removed

The medium is collected and processed, and the cells themselves are taken out.

  4. 4

    The base

What remains is a cell-free bioactive conditioned media complex: the base of the cream.

Cultured

What that means, simply.

  • No live cells

No live cells in the finished cream.

  • Shelf stable

A topical cream that keeps on a shelf.

  • Made with care

Manufactured in a controlled facility from screened source material.

  • Cosmetic format

Sold as a cosmetic product, for topical use.

Why cell-free matters

A live-cell product carries handling obligations a topical does not: viability, cold chain, shorter windows, and a regulatory conversation that follows the cells rather than the formulation. Removing the cells removes that overhead.

Where it is made

Laboratory work in Irvine, California. Offices in Nashville, Tennessee.

This describes composition and format. It makes no statement about what the cream does.

One cream, made plainly and labeled plainly. Shipping today, direct to you and through aesthetic practices.

For aesthetic practices

Why carry it.

  • A retail product that matches what you already do

People who come in for aesthetic procedures buy topicals. This is a topical cream built on the same regenerative story your practice already tells.

  • Cell-free means no handling burden

A shelf-stable cream. No cold chain, no viability window, no special storage.

  • A base people cannot find elsewhere

Conditioned media is not what sits on a pharmacy shelf. It gives your retail offer something distinct.

  • Margin on every unit

Wholesale pricing, suggested retail and volume tiers are set out in the terms sheet.

Practices retail the cream under their own protocols and their own guidance. Pure Aesthetics Lab supplies product, materials and training on what the product is and how it is formulated. The clinical judgment about who it suits, and when to recommend it, stays with the practice.

Straight answers

What this cream does not claim.

  • Therapeutic claims

This is a cosmetic product. Nothing on this page or on the packaging says it treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease or condition.

  • Clinical efficacy data

No controlled trial has been run on this formulation. If you ask what the evidence is, the honest answer today is that there is not a trial to point to.

  • Before and after photos

No imagery implying a result appears in our materials, and we ask the practices we work with not to create it either.

  • Ingredient mystique

The base is conditioned media with the cells removed. We will describe how it is made to any practice that asks, under confidentiality.

A practice that stocks a product it cannot defend carries the risk with it. We would rather say so now, so nobody is surprised later.

Getting started

How a practice gets set up.

  1. 1

    Introductory call

Twenty minutes. What the base is, how it is made, and what the cream is and is not.

  2. 2

    Samples

Product for the practice to try before it commits shelf space.

  3. 3

    Terms and first order

Wholesale pricing, minimums and payment terms confirmed in writing.

  4. 4

    Materials and training

Counter materials, a product fact sheet, and a session for front-of-house staff on describing the cream accurately.

What we supply

  • Product, packaging and counter display.
  • A fact sheet: composition and format, no claims.
  • Staff training on describing the cream accurately.

What stays with the practice

  • Any clinical judgment about who the cream suits.
  • The practice's own protocols and guidance.
  • Retail pricing at the counter.

Who is behind it

Years of lab work in Irvine. A home in Nashville.

Pure Aesthetics Lab makes a cell-free topical cream, built on a conditioned media complex developed over several years of laboratory work in Irvine, California, with offices in Nashville, Tennessee.

It is a portfolio company of Pure Equity Venture Fund I, a healthcare venture fund whose other holdings include a clinical research organization. The same group runs clinical trials for a living, and the discipline about what may be claimed comes from the same place.

One thing we will not do

We will not tell you the cream does something we cannot show you. If that costs us shelf space with a practice that wants a stronger story, we would rather lose it than hand you a claim you have to defend.
